CSS Menus getting Flashed

You may have noticed that my css popdown menus are getting drawn-over by the Flash videos on my firghter practice pages.

I tried using z-index in my css to get the menu's to be clearly defined as being on top, but it was an excercise in futility.

I've done some research, and as it turns out, it's just an issue with Flash. the YouTube help pages have a short thread that pretty much sums it up: YouTube Help

As an interesting side note, I only found the problem because I've just recently been using a PC as well as my Mac. I'm not sure if it's a PC centric issue with Flash, or if my very much out of date Mac (OS 10.3.9 and Flash 9,0,151,0) is just too old to have the bug.
