Shell

This was another project in Intermediate Drawing. Shell is a mixed media drawing involving pencil, prisma color, pen, and markers. The subject matter for this piece is a shell, about 2inches by 1 1/2 inches in size.

A particular problem with this drawing was the use of markers. Every time the marker was applied, the prisma color would melt, and blend. This actually turned out to be an effective way to soften the image before applying another layer of detail.
